Booking & cancellation
Confirmatory deposit and travel insurance
To confirm your booking we require a confirmatory deposit, which helps us manage the room calendar and guarantee guests the reserved availability for their stay. For greater peace of mind we recommend protecting your booking with travel insurance, such as Care4UHotel (www.care4uhotel.com). For a small cost calculated on the deposit, it allows you to request a refund of the deposit if you can no longer make the stay.
Cancellations
- ·Cancellations made up to 90 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- ·Cancellations made after 90 days are not eligible for any refund of the deposit.
- ·In case of early departure, no refund of the total booking amount is provided.
